♦ Self-Awareness – Participant's are encouraged to take an honest look at themselves and identify area where they are non-assertive or aggressive.
♦ The need for positive thinking and high self-esteem.
♦ “Choosing the Right Response” in all situations.
SESSION - 2:
♦ The impact of Body Language and facial expressions in influencing others. (Specific inputs on Handling tough or irate customers in an assertive manner would be provided through powerful Role Play, exercises).
♦ Listening skills and assertiveness.
♦ The art of saying “No” without offending.
AFTERNOON SESSION: 2.00 P.M. TO 5.30 P.M.
SESSION - 3:
♦ Four paradigms of Human Interaction.
♦ Striking WIN/WIN Contracts that enhance customer delight.
♦ Looking for a Third Alternative – Neither your way nor my way, a better or higher way.
SESSION - 4:
♦ Conflict Resolution and how to turn negative situations into positive interactions.
♦ Handling Criticism – Understanding that criticism (especially from customers) is only feedback. It is about behaviour not persons.
♦ Responding to criticism in an assertive manner. (The Programme would conclude with a quick review of the day's learning and preparation of a plan of action for the future.)
